Accessibility statement
The Pact asks venues to be honest about access. This page does the same for our website.
Our aim
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we've done
- Text and background colours meet the AA contrast ratio. Bright brand colours are used for shapes, not small text.
- Every page works with a keyboard, has a "Skip to content" link, and shows a clear focus outline.
- Pages work on phones and when zoomed to 400%.
- Movement is kept to a minimum. If your device is set to reduce motion, animations and the scrolling signage carousel stop.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Forms have visible labels and plain-English error messages.
Known limitations
- Some downloadable PDFs (signs, posters and templates) are designed for print and may not be fully accessible to screen readers. If you need any of them in another format, email us and we'll send it.
- The globe beside the launch venues is decorative. The same information is in the list of venues next to it.
